Terms and Conditions

It is agreed on between, unless otherwise stated, Leatherface Tree Service, LLC and the Customer that

  • Customer warrants that all trees listed are located on their property, and, if not, you have received full permission from the owner to allow Leatherface Tree Service to perform the work. If any tree is mistakenly identified as to ownership, the authorizing party agrees to indemnify Leatherface Tree Service, LLC for any damages.
  • We will not be responsible for obtaining permits or knowing whether permits are required when removing a tree.
  • Leatherface Tree Service, LLC works hard to complete your tree work on time however we shall not be liable in damages or delays because of inclement weather, labor, or any other cause beyond its control
  • Leatherface Tree Service, LLC warrants that we will follow the latest version of the ANSI Z133.1 industry safety standards. The customer agrees to not enter the work area during arboricultural operations unless authorized by the crew leader on-site.
  • Leatherface Tree Service, LLC is not responsible for damages to underground sprinklers, drain lines, underground cables, or any other hidden or unknown system unless they are identified by the customer before the work is performed.
  • Leatherface Tree Service, LLC will attempt to minimize any damage to driveways and sidewalks. If our equipment causes any type of damage repairs are not included in the contract price.
  • Leatherface Tree Service, LLC works hard to minimize lawn damage. Lawn repairs are not included in the contract price, unless discussed. Leatherface Tree Service, LLC is not responsible for damage to your lawn or any other yard landscaping.
  • Customer agrees to pay agreed upon price in full within 30 days of work completion. Failure to remit full payment within the payment term may result in a finance charge of 5.00% per month.
  • Leatherface Tree Service, LLC takes pictures and records video and/or sound during operations to be used for training and promotional purposes. You give us the right to use, publish, and reproduce pictures, video, and sound recordings. In addition, you waive the right to receive any payment for use of this media.
